Ademco Motion Sensor

So now I am preparing to restore my security system back in working order. We had a DSC 832, and then we had the TDA Safewatch 3000. Well, cabled areas are low and they are only the contacts on door / window. We had some wireless sensors in an upstairs bedroom, but none of the other parts. And I think it was a working S **** y if you ask me. I want to add a motion sensor, some contacts window. ADT wants to charge me about $ 400. I found NIB Honeywell Ademco Sensors / on eBay and I want to know if they are compatible with my system. If they are then I can do the job myself.

$ 400 is insane. Are you adding sensors wired or wirelessa The sensors should work since all they do is send a signal to the base unit that the movement has been detected. However, the only thing that takes a little work is to program the device to pick up the motion sensor.

Try it with your phone and try some of the programming methods easier to first verify that the programming manual work with your system. Many security systems are produced by the same companies but security companies will put their own label on them. It's like cell phones, there is a large manufacturer that is the majority of phones for different companies.
