Both typical seņors motion I'm familiar with are powered by photocells for exterior or 110 for the interior.

I am unable to answer your question because I do not know the power consumption of your motion detector. Can I suggest you contact the manufacturer with the model number and they can tell you. I have 3 motion sensors, but they are all connected to the power of the house.
