Bosch Security Systems

I'm looking for some information and have reached an impasse. We just had a Bosch Divar Security Camera System and the Gateway keyboard system installed at work. The company that installed it requires a large amount of money to provide technical support.
We now have questions and are looking for a business, we commit to provide support. Anyone know of any companies that provide this assistance. Thank you for any help!
