Brooks Fire Equipment

Brooks Fire Equipmentboiler replacement .. helpa

'm in a situation where I'm a big influence in a large boiler replacement. Currently there is a boiler-tube fint oil and the company wants to end the oil tank and replace the boiler. They want to get propane ... Space is limited due to old pipes and passages of various HVAC equipment I need a solution by tomorrow. I know I did not put much detail, but the boiler is a current model Cleaver Brooks CB189-70 which may be a 789, but any help will be most gracious. That's a motel and a large kitchen / Restraint about 40-50k square feet of water heater installed and records. We could have done with propane and fuel oil (oil-fired water heater is not used) and supplements in the boiler too .... thank you

You have not provided enough information. Why not make another HVAC company to give you give you their opinion on the type and size of boilers available. Heating oil is expensive but then again so as propane. What about natural gasa Have you on your sitea
