Cctv Motion Detector

I have a Dell Inspiron 1525 laptop with a built in webcam. This can be set with a motion sensor. I would install an external device for safety again with motion detection. Does anyone know of such a system at a budget cost.Thanks

If you are looking for something reliable, have a separate system. If your laptop on craps, does your security system .. not so sure in my eyes.
