Ceiling Motion Detector

My office does a lot of decorating for Halloween. I hung some of those plastic wall coverings, and I have things hanging from the ceiling too. We have a motion sensor - I do not want a false alarm at 3am because something moved. Is there anyway to disable this sensora Thank you!

You should be able to bypass the area. ADT has many systems, but the brand that ADT uses the most is they Ademco vista 10, 20 and Safewatch 3000. To bypass a zone on the system you just enter your 4-digit code number 6 (for bypass) and the zone number. If you do not know your zone number you may need to call 1-800-238-2727 ADT (ADT-ASAP) Op 1, then 2, then 1. Most textbooks are the main system on the web site on ADT too.
