DatatagIs it worth buying a security system DataTaga How does it worka

Ive got a new bike and I was wondering if I should buy either or DataTag Smartwatera (You already have an alarm system Datatool plus immobilizer installed at the factory). How do DataTag worka What is the best - or Smartwater DataTaga All advice will be greatly appreciated. Drive carefully.

AS JG [course] ... but as an added deterrent they can not be removed ...
I bought a front fender that had CT numbers DataTAG on ... must paint, I sanded the number, primed and painted it .. 5 minutes later, the number has reappeared as before .... acid just cuts through the paint ... I must have cut the number and ended up with a complete set of ..... still ... go for DataTAG, water chip is ok, but you can see the number DataTAG ...

DataTag kits include stencils with etching fluid at body parts, mirrors, and the screen lights up with a serial number, and a few pieces that can be digitized to provide a corresponding number. They are designed to be covered in epoxy and placed in inaccessible parts as parts of the wheel and fuel tank.
The idea is that if your bike is nicked then it is quite unnecessary to break for spares if most criminals will not be bothered.
DataTag has been around for decades and highly respected, but the water chip is good too.

Smartwater is more widely used. I am still to see signs put up by councils and police warning that the items are protected SmartWater.

I have used SmartWater, it is virtually impossible to eliminate all the compounds when applied.

police forces have the equipment to detect SmartWater on bikes, etc.
