Jvc CctvNeed to know how to install a CCTV security system with a time videoa

I have a Sony VCR time, three CCTV cameras JVC that I want to install it on my house. I have an idea of what type of cable I need to connect the cameras, but I do not know if I'm going to need an additional device for connecting the cameras. I heard of a four-channel Quad processor, but I, am not sure. Please someone help me out smoke.

Everything depends on how you want to view images. With a video recorder as with any single channel there are three ways you can go.

1. sequential switch - Camera sequences. You can not miss things with this method
2. Quad Splitter - splits 4 images on a screen. When you read you will only see the split screen and have no control over it. You see everything, but at 1 / 4 size.
3. Quad Multiplexer - sequentially sends images to the recorder. also has the ability to take these sequential images from the recorder and "read" in order. You can view the images played in split screen as you like.
For example: figures indicate the number of camera
record
1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4

Read by the multiplexer
1, 1, 1

Obviously depending on the multiplexer you buy, there will be spaces between the images (not real time). Actually, what you'll end up spending if you choose this option, you can simply opt for a digital video recorder (DVR) All images are stored on a hard drive and you can view them in the same manner as the multiplexer.
There are several PC cards available channel, but I certainly would not recommend this option. computers crash and the quality is not as good as a dedicated linux machine.
