As far as im aware there is no system of public surveillance.

I know there webcams stations in London, but you could not make anyone outside of them.

I'd be very surprised if there are as one hand they are closed loop systems security enemy and use of safety and other legislation on data protection should prevent the general display. In fact, on the railway where I work, it must be specially authorized to view surveillance images
