Outdoor Wood Burning Furnace

I live in Ohio and looking for a wood stove that heats the water in the open air or forced air. What would you recommenda I know people who say they can save wood, coal, or even garbage, it will burn anything. That's what I'm looking.

It is generally prohibited from burning garbage in a wood oven in the open air or in another device (ie burn barrel). It goes against the recommendations of the manufacturer, it might destroy the oven and it is bad for the environment.
