Is it the governor's most business-friendly these daysa Florida Governor Rick Scott was sworn in today and gave a 20 minute speech that involved the most concern for the unemployed and plan to get people to work.
He firmly believes prosperity comes not from government but also private sector and made efforts to make manufacturing as Florida and the high technology industry is growing and to make Florida a hub for trade with Central America and South America.
He believes that taxation, regulation and litigation as the "axis of unemployment" that destroy the productivity and innovation.
He praises the position of Florida against an income tax (we have a system of sales tax). It plans to eliminate taxes on corporate income and reduce taxes.
His first executive order during his speech was to create an office of the state of fiscal accountability and regulatory reform to assess the regulation and their usefulness and impact on business.
He proposed to protect businesses against costly lawsuits lawyers predators (* cough * John Edwards)
He emphasized the importance of small businesses.
He said that what Texas did we do better LOL. Texas now has more Fortune 500 companies in the EU.

The axis of unemployment. I like it!
Sounds like a good solid plan.
Republicans generally have better ideas when it comes to the economy, but they are never implemented for any reason.
Anything that helps small businesses because they employ more and contribute more. Let Texas keep the "Fortune 500" (They contribute little or nothing to the economy)
