Ritetemp 6030

I have no idea what that is and how to set a jumper. I have four son (Y, W, G, HR). There is also a red wire that was connected to the RH and RC on the old thermostat so I'm connected just like that on the 6030. The instructions do not explain much about the son. The only thing that does not work, it's the heat. My house is all electric. Help please

The common thread was the rider. Try not to plug it in and see if you get heat. Also make sure you connect up the son following the instructions provided with the thermostat. Typically Y Y W W G G and R to R
