What is the best, IP cameras for security or regular cameras connected to the computer and send images via a PCa Please clarify the difference, advantages, disadvantages and trends when it comes to the difference of surveillance cameras that have their own IP address and connects directly to the Internet or the traditional that is connected to PC with a special chip / board that manages the multiple camera images in the Interneta Thank you.

If you speak standard resolutions there really no benefit of IP cameras vs. Analog video security cameras. It is just a different way to communicate.
You can have analog cameras accessible via the Internet by attaching a security DVR that has this capability.
IP cameras usually come with some type of software that can be placed on any PC for recording cameras. IP cameras can also usually be accessed directly by entering the static IP address in IE.
There are other benefits, including PoE. Power Over Ethernet, so you probably would not use at home.
