Segmental Wall Motion

Posted on October 5, 2010.
Segmental Wall MotionMild tricuspid regurgitation with a pressure gradient of 16mmHga

What does this meana Had an electrocardiogram - abnormal was echoed - the results are as follows: ".... the left atrium normal thickness normal left ventricular wall ... ... ... ... no abnormalities segmental motion color Doppler flow study revealed mild tricuspid ....

I read some things online and I am a bit worried ....
Before you give me an idea (yes, go see doc) here's the scoop:
Nearly 30 and won £ 65 after my son .. only hypertension mom ... developed in the last year, leg pain and swelling constant for the past 2.5 years ... swelling is close to zero (today), the pain has subsided a bit ... pain in the chest, along breathlessly for a second, followed by heart palpitations ... serious stuff, eh ....

Tomorrow: stress test ...

Can someone explain what I should expect to hear next visit to my doc ... please answer honestly! Thank you!

I think your analysis sounds mostly normal. TR is sweet nothing to fear and the gradient is mildy elevated. Lose weight without doubt put it all back to "normal." Consult your doctor if to be sure. BTW do you know what was wrong with your EKGa
