Soleus Air Conditioner

I have a Soleus Air Conditioner Model # PH1-12R-03 the leak on the floor. It seems that the water comes from a small tube at the bottom of the back. Is it supposed to be a cap or something that may be missinga Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

There should be a rubber button that fits on the little tube plugging. I found mine I empty the machine every two hours I attached a rubber hose and closed at the end. It lasts much longer now, though, after 3 years, my unit is leaking pipe not yet packed in the unit. I was unable to resolve this yet.

The unit is a window A / Ca If so, the device must be installed so that it is tilted slightly downward toward the outside. The condensation that develops when the A / C works and drops from the evaporator in the bottom of the pan. It drains the tube or a small hole in the back of the camera outside. If the device is tilted inward, the water circulates through the bottom of the unit and flows inside.
