Waterproof Video Camera

I want a good HD video camera waterproof under 400 dollars, but did not have much experience with buying, so I do not know what is good. I saw the Sanyo cameras, and some have looked pretty good. Suggestionsa

For me, any camera that is "impervious" to less than 10m is about leaking. The reason is that the depths shown are depths static, just put in water, if you hit them, you can easily exceed the tolerances and flooding of the camera.

Most cameras / Dive packages are designed for between 20m and 100m, some even more. You can get a home for most major camera manufacturer makes.
